T. Talia Thomas, a 2004 graduate of Darton College, with degrees in Medical Coding & Billing and AS Healthcare Information Management. A 2008, honors graduate of Albany State University, with a BS in Healthcare Administration, a BS in Sociology, a 2014 graduate of University of Phoenix, with a MS in Healthcare Administration and a minor in Education, and a 2017 graduate of Capella University, with a DHA in Healthcare Administration and a minor in Health Law and Policy. She also has certifications in Tutoring, Mediation, Life Coaching, and Counseling (Adolescent & Adult).
Kayla L. Taylor

Mrs. Taylor started her career as a retail manager for a variety of large retail companies. Mrs. Taylor has been awarded the Competitive Analysis -Performed competitive analysis to make recommendations for future company growth Earned "Pacesetter" award for 2016 Recognized for five-star management. Mrs. Taylor has managed the day-to-day oversight of funding requirements for vendors, retailers and wholesalers using company sponsor software. She has provided leadership and direction to facility management and program owners while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement. Mrs. Taylor has worked to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers, while managing objectives. Mrs. Taylor has been educated in Business Management and Grant Writing, securing over $3 million in funding for clients. In 2017, Mrs. Taylor joined 360 Consulting Services, Inc., in Albany, GA, as a Chief Operations Officer, which has increased the companies’ scope in funding education, community development, and local business development. Mrs. Taylor has worked to create, maintain, and foster key relationships in the community, as well as, the local government. With over three years of project, vendor and retail, and operations management, Mrs. Taylor has established a proven track record of creating and fostering training courses for the community.

Mr. Womack's dedication to agriculture and education is underscored by his passion for
empowering others. As a retired schoolteacher, he spent years shaping young minds and
instilling in them a deep appreciation for farming and sustainable practices. His commitment to
fostering growth and knowledge transfer is evident in his work, where he combines practical
experience with pedagogical expertise to develop comprehensive curriculum modules tailored
to the needs of beginning farmers and ranchers
