Cancellation Policy

Event Space Rental Policy 1. Reservation Process: To reserve the event space at 801 W. Highland Ave., Albany, GA 31701, interested parties must contact the designated rental coordinator or management team. Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by signing a rental agreement and submitting the required deposit. 2. Rental Rates and Fees: Rental rates for the event space will be communicated based on the type of event, duration of rental, and additional services requested. A deposit may be required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due prior to the event date. 3. Event Details and Specifications: Renters must provide specific details regarding the event, including date, time, estimated attendance, and any special requests or requirements. Any changes to the event details must be communicated and approved by the rental coordinator. 4. Use of Facilities: The event space may only be used for the purposes specified in the rental agreement. Renters are responsible for adhering to local regulations, fire codes, and noise ordinances during the event. 5. Insurance and Liability: Renters may be required to provide proof of liability insurance covering the event. The renter assumes responsibility for any damages or injuries that occur during the event. 6. Setup and Cleanup: Renters are responsible for setup and cleanup of the event space. The event space must be returned to its original condition at the end of the rental period. 7. Catering and Vendors: Renters are responsible for arranging catering, vendors, and any additional services required for the event. All vendors must provide necessary permits and insurance documentation. 8. Security and Access: The rental coordinator will provide access to the event space at the agreed-upon time. Security arrangements may be required depending on the nature and size of the event. 9. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation of the reservation must be communicated to the rental coordinator in writing. Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the timing of the cancellation. 10. Code of Conduct: Renters and attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The event space must be used in a manner that respects the surrounding community. 11.
